The short version
- No account, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no advertising ID.
- Screenshots, recordings, photos and exports are processed on your device. We never receive them.
- When you capture a web page, your device loads it directly from that website, like a browser does.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- If you join the launch list on our website, we keep only your email address, to tell you when FullPage launches.
1Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the FullPage: Long Screenshot app for iPhone and iPad, including its Share Extension, and to the website at longscreenshot.app, including its launch notification list. In this policy, “FullPage”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the developer of the app.
By using FullPage you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2What FullPage handles
FullPage needs to work with your content to make long screenshots. This table lists everything the app handles and where it goes.
| What | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Screenshots, photos and screen recordings you choose | To stitch, edit and export them | Stay on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. |
| A web page link you ask FullPage to capture | To load and capture the page | Your device requests the page straight from that website, the same way a browser does. The site can see that request (for example your IP address). We do not receive it. |
| Your captures, edits, Recents and settings | To keep your work and preferences between launches | Stored on your device in the app’s storage. The app and its Share Extension share it on your device through an App Group. Nothing is sent to us. |
| Exported images and PDFs | To save or share your result | Saved to Photos or Files, or shared with the app you choose, only when you ask. FullPage asks only for permission to add to Photos. |
| Your purchase of FullPage Pro | To unlock Pro features | Apple’s App Store processes the purchase. We do not receive your name, Apple ID or payment details. The app checks your purchase on your device. |
| An App Store rating prompt | To ask once, after your first saved export, whether you would like to rate the app | iOS shows and handles the prompt. We receive no answer or personal information from it. |
3What we do not collect
The FullPage app does not collect, store or receive:
- your name, email address, phone number or any other contact details;
- your screenshots, photos, videos, recordings or the pages you capture;
- your location, contacts, health data or browsing history;
- device identifiers or the advertising identifier (IDFA);
- usage analytics or crash reports sent by us.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting software from third parties, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous App Store and crash statistics, but only if you have chosen to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings. We cannot use these to identify you.
4Web pages and third-party sites
When you capture a web page, FullPage loads it on your device using the system web engine. The page, and the third parties that serve its content, handle your request under their own privacy policies, not ours.
During capture FullPage blocks requests to known ad networks and hides pop-ups and cookie banners to make a cleaner image. This is a convenience, not a privacy guarantee.
5This website
longscreenshot.app is hosted by Cloudflare. Our pages set no cookies of their own, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and use system fonts. Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address, date and requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
6The launch list
While FullPage is in App Store review, you can leave your email address on the website to hear when it launches. This is the only personal data we collect.
| What we keep | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address, the date you signed up and the page you signed up on | To email you when FullPage is available on the App Store | Until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we close the list |
| A random unsubscribe code | So every email has a one-click unsubscribe link | As long as your address |
| A one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) | To limit sign-up attempts and stop abuse | Deleted automatically after 24 hours |
The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot; Cloudflare processes the technical data this needs under its own privacy policy. We will not sell, rent or share your address, and we will not use it for anything other than the FullPage launch. To leave the list, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us and we will delete your address.
7Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Apart from launch-list email addresses, we hold no personal details, so there is nothing else to disclose to third parties or to authorities.
The only service providers involved are Apple, for distributing the app and processing purchases under Apple’s privacy policy, and Cloudflare, for hosting the website and storing the launch list.
8Keeping and deleting your data
Your captures live on your device, so you control them. Delete any capture from Recents in the app, or delete FullPage to remove all of its data. Files you saved to Photos or Files, or shared elsewhere, stay where you put them until you delete them.
Depending on your iOS settings, app data may be included in your device or iCloud backups. Those backups are managed by Apple and you.
9Security
Processing on your device keeps your content out of our hands, and FullPage relies on the iOS app sandbox to protect its data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your device with a passcode.
10Children’s privacy
FullPage is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA give people rights to access, correct, delete or port their personal data, and to object to its use. The app collects no personal data, so you control everything directly in the app and in iOS. For the launch list, email us to see, correct or delete your address, or unsubscribe at any time. We rely on your consent to hold it, and you can withdraw that consent whenever you like.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The new version takes effect when posted here, and the “Last updated” date at the top changes. If a change would collect new kinds of data, we will say so in the app’s update notes and on this page. The history is at the end of this page.
