The short version
- FullPage is free to start. Pro is a one-time purchase through Apple, not a subscription.
- Your content stays yours. You are responsible for having the right to capture and share it.
- Hiding and removing parts of a page is best effort. Check results before you share them.
- These terms sit on top of Apple’s standard app license (the Apple EULA).
1Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of FullPage: Long Screenshot (“FullPage”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, its Share Extension or longscreenshot.app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The app is licensed to you by us, not sold. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”) also applies. If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails.
2The app and your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FullPage on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense or resell the app, except where the law says you may.
3Free use and FullPage Pro
FullPage is free to start. Some features, such as unlimited screenshots per stitch, advanced layouts, mosaic and stickers, require FullPage Pro, a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
The price is shown in the App Store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and Apple handles billing, refunds and Family Sharing under its own policies. You can restore a past purchase with Restore Purchases in the app. We may change which features are free or Pro in future versions.
4Your content
You keep all rights in the screenshots, photos, recordings, web pages and exports you work with. We claim no ownership and no license to your content, and we never receive it. See the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content and for how you use the results. Make sure you have the right to capture, copy, edit and share anything you stitch, including other people’s messages, copyrighted pages and personal information.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to use FullPage to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
- capture, share or keep content you have no right to capture or share, or content that is unlawful, harassing or harmful;
- bypass a paywall, login, access control or security measure, or breach a website’s terms;
- misrepresent an edited or stitched image as an unaltered original where that could deceive or harm someone;
- interfere with the app, attempt to extract its source code, or use it in a way that harms others.
6Web pages and third-party content
When you capture a web page, the result reflects what that site serves to your device. We do not control or endorse any website. FullPage hides ads, pop-ups and banners on a best-effort basis; it can miss unwanted elements or hide wanted ones. Review the result and keep the original if it matters.
Links on longscreenshot.app may lead to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7Privacy tools are not a guarantee
Mosaic, pen strokes, stickers and cuts can help you hide details, but they are not a guarantee. Always check the final image before sharing anything sensitive, and do not rely on FullPage as your only safeguard for confidential information.
8Intellectual property
FullPage, its name, icon, design, code, text and this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond the license above. Your exports are yours.
9Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update, add or remove features. We may change these Terms by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will also say so in the app’s update notes. Using FullPage after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the app.
10Disclaimers
FullPage is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, as far as the law allows. We do not promise that stitching will be seamless or error-free, that every page can be captured, or that the app will always be available or free of bugs.
Keep your original screenshots and files. Do not rely on a stitched or edited image as the only record for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical purposes.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of FullPage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
12Ending your use
You can stop using FullPage at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive.
13Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for claims relating to it. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price, and, to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties and are not in a country under a U.S. embargo.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence that the law gives you.
